Agreement and scope
These terms apply to services provided by ATLAS WEB SERVICES LLC. A project begins only after the scope, customer requirements, deliverables, price, and payment instructions are confirmed. Website descriptions are general and do not expand an agreed project scope.
Customer responsibilities
You must provide accurate instructions, authorized access, lawful content, timely feedback, and any required licenses. You represent that you have the right to use all content and materials you supply.
Payments and changes
Unless stated otherwise, listed services are one-time engagements. Work outside the confirmed scope requires a separate quote or written change approval. Third-party costs such as hosting, domains, themes, plugins, fonts, or stock assets are not included unless expressly stated.
Delivery and revisions
Time estimates begin after required materials and access are received. Delays in customer feedback or third-party systems can affect delivery. Revisions are limited to the allowance shown for the selected service and must remain within the original scope.
Intellectual property
After full payment, the customer receives rights to final original deliverables created specifically for the project, except for third-party assets, tools, frameworks, pre-existing materials, and reusable know-how. Drafts and unused concepts remain the property of Atlas Web Services LLC.
Acceptable use and limitation
Services may not be used for unlawful, deceptive, infringing, or abusive purposes. We do not guarantee search rankings, revenue, uptime, platform approval, or outcomes controlled by third parties. To the extent permitted by law, liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
