Requesting cancellation
Send a written cancellation request to support@atlaswebservices.us. A request is effective when acknowledged by Atlas Web Services LLC.
Before work begins
You may cancel before work begins. Any refund is handled under the Refund Policy, less approved non-refundable third-party costs already incurred.
After work begins
If work has started, we will stop at a practical point, document completed work, and determine any balance or eligible refund based on the agreed scope and work performed. Completed deliverables may be released after any outstanding earned balance is paid.
Inactive projects
A project may be paused if required materials, access, approval, or feedback are not provided. If no response is received for 30 days, we may close the project. Restarting may require rescheduling or a revised quote.
Recurring services
Unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing, the services listed on this site are one-time purchases rather than subscriptions.
